The invention relates to a process for producing a multi-layer perforated disc which is distinguished in that it provides a full axial passage for a fluid, especially a fuel, consisting of inlet apertures (36), outlet apertures (38) and at least one channel (42) therebetween. The layers or functional planes (35, 37, 40) of the perforated disc (23) are made one on another by galvanic metallisation (multi-layer galvanics). Perforated discs thus produced are especially suitable for use as injection valves in fuel injection systems, paint nozzles, inhalers, ink-jet printers or freeze-drying processes, and for the spraying or injection of fluids, e.g. beverages. |
