<p>The invention relates to hydrogel dispersions/particles capable of trapping water insoluble cosmetic benefit agents. These dispersions can be combined with an aqueous surfactant solution to form a liquid cleanser composition for use in personal washing. The hydrogel dispersion protects the cosmetic benefit agent and assists in their delivery from the liquid cleanser during use.</p> |
