<p>The present invention provides a human embryo co-culture system comprising a suspension of cultured human tubal epithelial cells. Also provided is a method of improving the pregnancy rate of a female undergoing in vitro fertilization, comprising the steps of: contacting an oocyte from said female with a monolayer of cultured human tubal epithelial cells; inseminating the oocyte; and transferring an embryo back to said female.</p> |
