An aqueous polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion composition characterized by comprising 30 to 65 wt.% of polytetrafluoroethylene and 2 to 10 wt.% (based on the polytetrafluoroethylene) of a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether represented by the general formula: RO(CH2CH2O)nH (wherein R is C8-C18 saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbyl; and n is 5 to 18) and having a cloud point exceeding 45 DEG C but not exceeding 85 DEG C and an ethylene oxide content of the molecule of 65 to 70 wt.%.
