The tricycle has a seat (2) on a frame. with two running wheels (8,8') on the sides of the frame and also a single wheel (5). The seat and the single wheel are fitted to a through part of the frame, which can turn relative to the rest (7) of the frame. This remaining part (7) of the frame has the two running wheels fitted to it. It can turn about an axis (40) for weight-dependent steering of the tricycle. Holding grips are also fitted to it at the sides in the vicinity of the seat. The turning axis linking the two parts passes through the bearings and the resting point of the single wheel on the road surface.
