The tube (10) is positioned through the roof covering plate (11) crossways to it. A hood part (15) partly covering the upper side of the dome (13) is so fixed to the roof covering plate that the tube is fixed in its correct position by a tension of the hood part and the dome. In the walling of the tube, several channels (17,18) running in the longitudinal direction of the tube are provided, which extend from the upper tube end (21) projecting out of the dome to the openings (22) formed on the outer periphery of the tube. In the channels, tractive components (19,20) are displaceably arranged, which in the area of the opening have an extension (27,28) for engagement in the support device (12).
