<p>PURPOSE:To early detect an error in routing information to be referenced by collating a route identifier in a message while storing in advance the routing information defining the relation of correspondence between a transmission/ reception node and an output link. CONSTITUTION:In making data communication between a sender node 1 and a destination node 4, a routing table T1 is referenced and a communication start request message added with a route identifier [4-1-101] addressed to a node 4 is sent to an output link 11 prior to the data transmission. In receiving the said communication start request message, the node 2 confirms that the route identifier [4-1-101] in a reception message is defined in the routing table T2. If any error exists in the routing information possessed by the node 2, an undefined route message having a route identifier [1-4-101] in the opposite direction as the routing information is generated and sent to the input link 11.</p> |
