This patent is dealing with the procedure closed to the production of radial mantels, with use of multistage technology and the equipment to provide this procedure, where the confection of semi products closed to the skeleton is provided in the first stage, the confection of the buffer ring, the buffer and runner components included, is provided in the second stage, in the third stage a final confection together with the completing of the mantel. The production is provide with the sue of the equipment consisting of two machines used for confection purposes, the machine with one stage (10) and the machine with two stages (80), containing a triplet of the confection rollers (20, 90, 130) oriented in one axe "X". The machine with one stage (20) is equipped with container of the components (30) and (40) with the integrated shifter (50) and the machine with two stages (80) is equipped with the shifter of rings closed to the buffer (120), container of buffers (100) and the container of runners (120).
