The device stores image data to effectively search the phone number. The device comprises: a video camera(1) for photographing the neighboring obejcts; a monitor(2); a transiever for transmitting in associated with a coder and decoder; an image coder(4) for compressing and coding through differential image coding method; an image decoder for reproducing the original image in associated with ISDN matching unit and multiplexer and demultiplexer; a voice coder(6) for coding input data; and a voice decoder(7) for decoding the sender's information.
