The flow sensor body(10) has a rotary-type displacement measuring device(30). On the outer side of the flow sensor body(10), there are a float(40), a float arm(43) turning about a turning axis hole(12), and a magnetic piece(50) at the other end of the float arm(43). The flow meter comprises : the float(40) rising, the float arm(43) turning up and the magnetic piece(50) turning down; the magnetic follower(55) in the flow sensor body(10) turning down along with the magnetic piece(50); the brush935a) turning down in contact with the fan-shaped resistance plate(31a); and the resistance value being sended to a flow meter through the brush(35a).
