PURPOSE: To enable editing many driving environments without employing a large scale storage device by editing whole driving environments by means of combining prestored parameters. CONSTITUTION: Scenario data being parameters stored in a scenario database 62 are selected by operating a terminal C. Next, dangerous scene data being parameters stored in a dangerous scene database 63, are selected. And selected map data being the scenario data and the dangerous scene data that mediates a dangerous scene control part 64 are read in a video creating part 65. Also, a random number generation part 66 is connected with the video creating part 65, which controls movements of other vehicles, walkers, etc., based on random numbers. And video data on scenery of city area including other vehicles, walkers, etc., are called from the video database 67 and are synthesized in a form of being displayed on the monitor 20, before inputted to a video control part 68. |
