Hydropneumatic process in which a number of windmills provided with bellows cylinders inject air into a network of collector pipes via their respective retention valves, which transport it to the inside of a hydropneumatic bell- type device submerged in the waters of a pool. The air is compressed by the column of displaced water, the pressure of which is controlled by a safety restrictor (limiter) valve. At the same time, the compressed air exits via its respective conduit through an isolation valve and another balanced, pressure-reducing valve adjusted to the work requirements. The compressed air is conveyed to a plant for actuating a pneumatic turbine coupled to an electricity generator. <IMAGE> |
