摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing the sintered material of a powder-mixed optically molding material in which the deformation and peeling in an optically molding material or the deformation due to gravity at the time of sintering can be corrected. CONSTITUTION: Fluidized photosetting resin 30 is kneaded with inorganic powder 31 which can be sintered (32), the obtained powder-mixed photosetting resin is introduced into the tank of an optically molding machine, and a three- dimensional structure is molded by the machine (33). In the molding, the powder- mixed photosetting resin fixed at the one cured layer is irradiated with a light in a desired shape from the upper surface of the resin to form the one cured layer, and the cured layer is sequentially laminated to form a desired three- dimensional structure (33). Then the obtained resin component of the structure is burned to be removed, for example, by heating (34). The thus obtained powder-mixed molding is heated at a high temperature to be sintered (35), and then hot isotropically pressurized (36). The sintered material is further heated to be sintered under pressure in the isotropic pressurization.</p>
