DECORATING METHOD FOR UNEVEN PAPERBOARD

PURPOSE: To provide a method for decorating a paperboard having an uneven shape with an accurate and photographic-tone multicolor design layer. CONSTITUTION: A decorated paperboard 5 in which a decorating sheet 12 is adhered to the uneven surface of the paperboard is formed by providing an adhesive layer 4 at the paperboard 3 having an uneven shape on the surface as required, so superposing that the design layer 2 of the sheet 12 provided with the design layer 2 is brought into adjacent contact with the uneven surface of the paperboard, evacuating in vacuum from the paperboard side, and pressurizing from the sheet side as required.
