SUN VISOR WITH MIRROR UNIT AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE: To provide a sun visor with mirror unit and its manufacturing method capable of reducing the weight and production cost, preventing inferior forming from occurring, and installing on a mirror unit with sufficient strength for long time. CONSTITUTION: The core material 2 of a sun visor with mirror unit is formed with a first core material 16 which is made of synthetic resin foaming material and highly densified at the bottom part 9a of a mirror unit storing recessed part 9 and a second core material 17 which is connected to the first core material 16 with their back surfaces faced to each other. Also the first core material 16 formed in a foaming and forming process in a forming mold and a process where the bottom part of the mirror unit storing recessed part is pressed by the forming mold for highly densification and the second core material 17 which is foamed and formed in the forming mold separately from the first core material 16 are formed separately beforehand. Then these are connected with their back sides faced to each other.
