PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary power supply which does not have unnecessary power consumption and quickly reaches a desired voltage level. SOLUTION: In a secondary power supply that receives power supply from a primary power supply, a main driver amplifier 13 supplies its power in a power up process, and after the time that is decided by the number of oscillator signals which are preliminarily defined, a standby amplifier 14 of lower power maintains the voltage level after the secondary power supply reaches the desired voltage level. The amplifier 13 is driven by time base units 21 and 22 which respond to the drive of primary power supply. The units 21 and 22 simultaneously stop the amplifier 14 or the amplifier 14 operates independently of the amplifier 13. |
