PURPOSE: To obtain low initial mixing torque and low total mixing energy at a time of mixing even if a filler of a high filling level is used in a compsn. by applying surface treatment to a filler raw material before the mixing with a binder and treating the filler raw material with a specific silane. CONSTITUTION: An injection moldable compsn. suitable for forming a ceramic or metal substrate comprises a combination of an org. or metal filler present in an amt. of at least about 63-92 vol.%, a binding org. matrix resin and an organosilane treatment reactant represented by formula I (wherein at least one of X1 , X2 , X3 or X4 is a 10-35C unfunctionalized alkyl or alkenyl group and at least one of X1 , X2 , X3 or X4 is an alkoxy group or halide) and the compsn. shows low initial mixing torque at a time of mechanical stirring. |
