<p>PURPOSE: To obtain an ink which can diffuse a functional component of a functional substance in a large amt. at an early stage, exhibiting an immediate effect, and has stable slow-release properties, diffusing the functional component for a long term. CONSTITUTION: This ink comprises an extract of a functional component of a functional substance (e.g. a perfume), a fine calcium silicate powder capable of adsorbing the extract, and a water-base resin emulsion. The silicate powder can be mixed with a large amt. of the extract, and, being porous, it can diffuse the extract at a high rate. The mixture of the silicate powder with the extract is mixed into the resin emulsion to give the ink. A material such as fabric is printed with the ink, giving a print which satisfactorily diffuses the functional component at an easily stage and exhibits an immediate effect.</p> |
