<p>PURPOSE: To provide an optical sensor device which can stably detect an object to be detected even against the distance fluctuation and dispersion of the object to be detected by reducing the fluctuation of a light receiving amount resulting from the difference of distances to the object to be detected. CONSTITUTION: The light receiving surface of a light receiving element 5 is inclined against the light axis of the light flux of reflected light so that the incident angle to the light receiving surface of the light flux is different depending on the distance of an object to be detected 4. Since the light receiving efficiency of the light receiving element 5 depends on the incident angle, the change of light receiving amount resulting from the distance fluctuation of the object to be detected 4 is corrected so that the influence resulting from the distance fluctuation of the object to be detected 4 is reduced.</p> |
