<p>PURPOSE: To provide an optical sensor device which can always detect an object to be detected even if the object to be detected is a mirror finished surface or a surface having gloss, and regardless of its inclination. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric sensor is equipped with a light projection portion 2 which radiates light to an object to be detected 4, and a light receiving portion 3 which receives regular reflection light from the object to be detected 4. The light projection portion 2 radiates such the light as the shape of a light beam reflected by the object to be detected 4 at the position of the light receiving portion 3 is larger than that of the light receiving portion 3 and light intensity distribution becomes uniform. Thereby, the fluctuation of an incident light amount on the light receiving portion 3 becomes little even if the angle of the object to be detected 4 changes.</p> |
