INTERLOCKING DEVICE OF REVERSER HANDLE IN CONTROL STAND OF RAILROAD LOCOMOTIVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of detaching a reverser control handle only under a safe state by interlocking the reverser control handle with a throttle and a dynamic brake control handle in the control stand of a locomotive. SOLUTION: First and second cam disks 40 and 44 are attached to first and second shafts 42 and 46 so as to be rotated along with the throttle and a dynamic brake handle and the cam disks are interlocked so as not to rotate a handle when one of the throttle and the dynamic brake handle is not at an OFF position. Also, first and second arcuate groove members 50 and 54 are provided so as to match a pivotally turning lock member with a reverser shaft over the entire range of turning. In the case that a reverser lever handle 10 is at a neutral position and the throttle and the dynamic brake handle are at the OFF position, the reverser lever handle can be detached and inserted.
