CONSTITUTION: When a person lies on a mattress containing a padding material 3 with his or hear side down, the head 4a is supported by elasticity of a first hard zone A through a pillow 5, the shoulder 4b with larger width is supported by a soft second zone B in a state that the body sinks down deep, and the backbone, waist and thighs 4c are supported by elasticity of a hard third zone C. The legs 4d including the knees are supported by a soft fourth zone D in a state that the body positions sink down deep, and the feet 4e are supported by a hard fifth zone E in a state that the body positions do not sink too deep.
