PURPOSE: To improve the cleaning efficiency in the unit room for a hospital by taking into consideration the install positions and the relative arrangement relation of apparatus and fixtures installed in a unit room. CONSTITUTION: In a unit room for a hospital which is so constructed that a unit room 1 formed by arranging walls side by side is divided into two parts to form two spaces different in use, and a toilet space 11 having a toilet stool 13 is formed in one of two spaces, a pipeline 25 passed through a wall 4 to be guided into the toilet space 11 is installed in a position 160mm or more above the floor. The toilet stool is fitted to the wall surface 4, a down-grade is formed on the floor 2 from the doorway side wall surface 4 to the inner wall surface 4, and a drainage ditch 29 is formed along the inner wall surface 4 on the floor pan 2. A drainage port 30 is provided on the end part of the drainage ditch 29. |
