<p>PURPOSE: To simplify constituting members to a rubber plug and mouth part body alone and to simplify production process by a method of injecting a synthetic resin melt into a space part formed by upper and lower molds and the rubber plug from the gate port of the molds and opening the upper and lower molds and taking out the mouth part after solidification of this resin. CONSTITUTION: An upper pin 14 is inserted and fixed into the hole 17 of the upper mold 12 and a lower pin 15 into the hole 18 of the lower mold 13. The base of the rubber plug 3 is fixed to the top surface of the lower pin 15. In succession, the upper mold 12 is hung down toward the lower mold 13 and the top surface of the rubber plug 3 is fixed to the base of the upper pin 14, by which the upper mold 12 and the lower mold 13 are mated to form the space for injecting the synthetic resin between the upper and lower molds 12, 13 and the rubber plug 3. In succession, the synthetic resin 20 melt is injected into the space from the gate port 16 of the upper mold 12. After the synthetic resin 20 melt is solidified, the upper and lower molds 12, 13 are opened and the completed mouth part is taken out.</p> |
