摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To improve accuracy of temp. calculation by quickly obtaining the accurate value of a parameter of a physical model equation for using for temp. calculation. CONSTITUTION: The max. value Tin peak(i) and min. value Tin valley(i), due to skid marks, of the surface temp. of a material which are adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of a material on the inlet side of a rolling mill are detected from the measured value of the surface temp. on the inlet side of the rolling mill and also the max. value Tout peak(i) and min. value Tout peak(i) of the surface temp. of the material which are adjacent to each other on the outlet side of the rolling mill in the longitudinal direction of the material on the outlet side of the rolling mill corresponding to the max. value and min. value of the surface temp. of the material on the inlet side of the rolling mill are detected from the measured value of the surface temp. on the outlet side of the rolling mill. The learning of correction in the temp. calculation is executed by use of the combination of the corresponding max. value and min. value of the surface temp. of the material on the inlet and outlet sides of the rolling mill.</p>
