<p>PURPOSE: To close a pipe end of a synthetic-resin-made pipe by a short projection part with good workability. CONSTITUTION: A plug 43 is provided with a cylindrical synthetic resin made cylindrical part 54 which fiber carbon layer 44 is formed on an outer surface, a semi-spherical sealing end part 55 which is communicated with one end of the cylindrical part 54 and be formed integratedly therewith, and a fiber carbon layer 44, and the layer 44 is connected to power supply for supplying power. The cylindrical part 44 of the plug 43 is engaged with the inside of a synthetic resin made pipe 40, the layer 44 is current-carried and heated, and the pipe 40 arranged in the vicinity of the layer 44 and the cylindrical part 54 are melted so as to connect both.</p> |
