PURPOSE: To easily and speedily supply mutually relative data, required for simulation, to a debugger. CONSTITUTION: A program storage means 3 stores a program to be debugged. A dividing means 9 divides characteristics data added to the program into respective basic words by using basic word relative data and divides the program into program components by each classes according to properties and relativity that the divided basic words have. A candidate determining means 8 outputs the by each class mutually relative data candidate having the highest similarity as mutually relative data as to the programs by each classes. In-class mutually relative data of the programs by each classes are outputted as determined mutually relative data.
