<p>PURPOSE: To secure the request quality and the impartiality of calls of service classes by outputting information of a second class, which is held in a second buffer storage means, at the time when information of a first class is not held in a first buffer storage means. CONSTITUTION: There are information of the first class requiring the real time property and information of the second class less requiring the real time property than information of the first crass with respect to the request quality related to delay time. When information of the first class out of information of plural classes is inputted, information of the first class is temporarily held in a first buffer storage means 1 before being outputted. When information of the second class is inputted, information of the second class is temporarily held in a second buffer storage means 2 before being outputted. Information of the second class held in the storage means 2 is outputted by the control of an output control means 3 when information of the first class is not held in the storage means 1. Then, information of the first class is preferentially outputted to a network, and information of the second class is outputted only when the storage means 1 is empty, thus securing the real time property of information of the first class.</p> |
