<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee the normal end of a write process to a microchip even at the time of unintentionally taking out a chip card by making the switching process of a second switching device be shorter than the switching process of a first switching device. SOLUTION: A switching device 11 operated by the chip card 1 is provided near a card insertion hole bottom part. Also, in an area 30 parallel to the longitudinal side edge part of the chip card 1, a different switching device 12 constituted of a mechanical switch is provided near an abutting edge part. The mechanical switch 12 is operated so as to close the switch 12 in the case that the chip card 1 is inserted and to open the switch 12 in the case that the chip card 1 is pulled out by the edge part of the chip card 1 abutted on the abutting edge part. In this case, the switching process of the switching device 12 is made shorter than the switching process of the switching device 11.</p> |
