PURPOSE: To keep an accurate center distance between the gear of a transfer drum and a driving gear, to attain accurate rotation of the transfer drum, and to mesh the driving gear with the gear of the transfer drum without the tooth skipping of the driving gear even in a state where the transfer drum is separated from a photoreceptor drum at the time of separating an OHP sheet. CONSTITUTION: The gear 21 of the transfer drum 2 attached to a device main body and positioned by fitting a pin in the hole of a main body rear side plate 56 meshes with the driving gear 18 attached to a rotary shaft 19. A gear 17 meshing with the small gear 16b of a two speed gear 16 is attached to the rotary shaft 19, and a gear 13 meshing with the large gear 16a of the gear 16 is attached to the shaft of a motor 12. The attaching hole of either bearing 61 of the rotary shaft 19 is formed to be a long hole and a tension spring 62 is hooked on the bearing 61. The directions of the long hole and the spring 62 are toward the center direction of the transfer drum 2. Then, the gears 18 and 21 are provided with abutting parts 18t and 21t to appropriately keep the center distance. |
