MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY INHIBITING OF TRAPPING OF HEMATOGENOUS STRAIN'S CELLS AND HYBRIDOMA

摘要

A novel monoclonal antibody that inhibits retaining of hematopoietic stem cells and recognizes the surface antigen of a pancreatic interstitial cell having the ability to support the take of hematopoietic stem cells; and a hybridoma that produces the above antibody. The antibody with the ability to inhibit retaining of hematopoietic stemces is useful as, for example, an agent for enhancing the potency of anticancer drugs in the treatment of leukemia.
