PURPOSE: To obtain a light-shielding thin film compsn. having excellent massproductivity and processing accuracy by incorporating a transparent liquid prepared by hydrolyzing a metal compd. having alkoxy groups and changing the compd. into a sol, a compd. which changes its color by heat, a coloring agent and a photosensitive resin. CONSTITUTION: This light-shielding thin film compd. contains a transparent liquid, a compd. which changes its color with heat, a coloring agent, and a photosensitive resin. The transparent liquid is prepared by hydrolyzing an alkoxy or at least one kind of metal compd. having alkoxy groups and changing the compd. into a sol. The coloring agent gives a complementary color to show a black color in a subtractive color process when the compd. which changes its color by heat changes its color. The metal compd. is preferably expressed by M(OR<1> )m(OR<2> )nXp Y<q> , wherein M is a metal selected from magnesium, calcium, titanium, etc., R<1> , R<2> are independently hydrogen atoms, chlorine atoms, etc., and m, n, p, q are integers 0 to 8 satisfying m+n>=1 and m+n+p+q = valence of M. |
