Alkylated vinyl pyrrolidone copolymers are claimed. These polymers contain an olefinic monomer fraction which is predominantly C30 alkyl olefin. The polymers can be made in the physical form of flakes or powders, and prepared by a novel process. The polymers can be used in personal care compositions.
