PURPOSE: To prevent an adverse effect of a display means located around a center hole of a disk upon a reference surface for clamping and to distictly and atably maintain the display state. CONSTITUTION: At least the following processes should be equipped; a process S11 for molding a light transmitting disk substrate in a doughnut shape having a center hole and a recording area provided in an intermediate area in the radial direction with pits as recording information transferred by a stamper, a process S12 for providing a reflecting film on the side of the pit surface of the light transmitting disk substrate, a process 14 for providing a display part to be printed on or stuck to the side of the reflecting film in a part surrounding the center hole of the light transmitting disk substrate provided with the reflecting film and a process S15 for integrating 1st and 2nd optical disks provided with the display parts respectively into one body by bonding the reflecting film sides opposite to each other with an adhesive.
