PURPOSE: To provide an ultrasonic motor where a slider in pressure contact with an annular piezoelectric ceramic and a shaft or a gear are united. CONSTITUTION: An annular piezoelectric ceramic 3 is fixed to the roughly center of the base 2 of a base member 1, and many pinchers 8 are made at regular intervals around the disc 7 of the slider such that they project from the disc 7, and the ceramic pincher of the pincher 8 nips the annular piezoelectric ceramic 3, and pressure is applied to the pressure material pincher with a pressurizing material such as a rubber band, a ring spring, or the like, and also a gear 9 is fixed integrally to the center of the other side of the disc 7, and a shaft hole 10 is made at the center of the gear 9, and a support shaft 5 fixed to the base 2 is inserted into this shaft hole 10. By doing it this way, the ultrasonic motor fitted with a gear can be constituted simply by constituting the gear of the slider integrally out of a disc, and incorporating it to the base member where the annular piezoelectric ceramic is fixed, and the assembly work becomes simple, and the cost becomes lower. |
