FUSION BONDING AND CUTTING APPARATUS FOR SKIN MEMBER END FOR ENCLOSING CORE MATERIAL

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for simultaneously fusion bonding a skin member end and cutting to remove (cutting) the outer peripheral side of the fusion bonded part by preventing fusion bonding failure without increasing in size and noise without particularly paying the processing accuracy and the mounting accuracy of an ultrasonic horn and a receiving member. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic horn 19 is movably mounted at a control mechanism, and a receiving member 24 is so disposed by fusion bonding a skin member end along the cutting line as to be opposed to the horn 19 via the member end. The horn 19 mounted in the mechanism is controlled to be fusion bonded and moved along a cutting line while pressing it by the receiving member side 24 under a predetermined pressure under the control of a controller. A skin clamp 26 for giving the tension of a radial direction to the end of the outer peripheral side is provided from the fusion bonding and cutting line.
