PURPOSE: To obtain a photosensitive planographic printing plate which has excellent printing durability and is hardly contaminated with time. CONSTITUTION: This printing plate has a photosensitive layer on a base body having a hydrophilic surface. The photosensitive layer contains (a) polymers having two or more monomers having unsatd. double bonds which can be crosslinked as the structural unit in the side chains, having >=20000 weight average mol.wt., and containing <=1wt.% component of <=3000 mol.wt., (b) sensitizer, and (c) org. compd. having two or more groups expressed by formula and having <=3000 mol.wt. The weight ratio (a)/(c) is 1/1 to 1/0.01. In formula, R<1> , R<2> are H, halogen atoms or alkyl groups, or R<1> and R<2> may be bonded to form a five or six member ring. |
