PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition having low adhesivity to a crosslinked material, containing no abnormal bubbling inside and useful for automobile industrial parts, etc., containing a specific ethylene.α-olefin.polyene terpolymer and an organic peroxide. CONSTITUTION: This rubber composition contains (A) 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene.α-olefin.polyene terpolymer and (B) 0.05-10 pts.wt. of an organic peroxide. The component A is obtained by a random copolymerization of (i) ethylene, (ii) a 3-20Cα-olefin and (iii) a non-conjugate polyene in the presence of a metallocene catalyst of formula I or formula II [M is a transition metal of the IVB group in the periodical table; R<11> and R<12> are each H, a halogen or a (halogen substituted) 1-20C hydrocarbon, etc.; R<13> and R<14> are each a 1-20C alkyl; X<1> and X<2> are each H, a halogen or a (halogenated) 1-10C alkyl; X<3> and X<4> are each H, a halogen or OH, etc.] and has a molar ratio of the components (i)/(ii) of 40/60-95/5, 1-50 iodine value and 0.1-10dl/g intrinsic viscosity.
