LAMINATED STEEL PLATE FOR VESSEL WITH HIGH CORROSION RESISTANT FILM

摘要

PURPOSE: To improve the corrosion resistance of a laminated steel plate by setting the dispersed particle size and density of tin or tin salt dispersed in organic resin film laminated on one or both side surfaces of a base steel plate to specific range. CONSTITUTION: The dispersed particle size of tin or tin salt dispersed in an organic resin film laminated on a base steel plate is set to 0.1 to 1.5μm or preferably 0.3 to 1.0μm. The concentration of the particles dispersed in the film is set to 5vol.% or more in order to obtain the corrosion resistance effect due to the solution of tin ion even if a flaw occurs at any position of the film. On the other hand, it is set to 20vol.% or less in order not to lower the strength of the film.
