PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a septum lure connector used in vessel and urology by which any longitudinal cut of a septum due to a needle passing through the septum is avoided and by which leakage is minimized. SOLUTION: A connector 20 is a hollow needle 25 having a closed terminal part. It has at least one hole 26 for passing fluid formed at a side of the terminal part. The needle 25 is sealed and accommodated in a recess 29 of a rubber septum 27 by means of a fastening spring between a terminal end of the needle 25 and the septum 27. A slit 33 can be formed in the septum in such a way that the needle 25 can pierce easily through the septum 27 during use. The septum 27 has a tubular part 30 extending therefrom in the direction close to the basic part and which can be folded for at least one part. In one example, a compressing ring can be mounted concentrically on the septum 27 in such a way that a wall of the septum 27 being compressed from a circumferential direction. |
