摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reference voltage circuit which generates a digital output signal and is useful to various types of integrated circuits. SOLUTION: A voltage referring and adjusting device consists of Tr 44 to 50, and reference voltage VOHREF is taken out from the connecting points of drains and sources of Tr 46 and 50. The drain of Tr 44 is connected to the source of Tr 48 and the gates of Tr 44 and 46 and further to an offset compensation circuit 28. The drains of Tr 48 and 50 are connected together to the source of Tr 52 of a bias current source 26 and becomes a path of a BIAS. The gate voltage of Tr 48 is decided by serial resistance 47 and 49 connecting a power supply and the ground. The gate bias of Tr 50 is supplied by a Vt shift circuit which consists of two pole connections Tr 56 and 58. Tr 56 connects the VOHREF and the source of Tr 58 and the gate of Tr 58 is controlled together with Tr 52 by a bias reference 54. The mutual operation among the voltage referencing and adjusting device 24, the source 26 and the Vt shift circuit 30 gives the reference voltage VOHREF.</p>
