<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve resistance to cocorrosion and abrasion by coating a polymerizable material such as epoxy prepolymers, the specified monomers or prepolymers having an active group to form graft polymerization linkages with the polymerizable material and the steel, a catalytic initiator such as iron ion and a coating agent composition consisting of a peroxide such as hydrogen peroxide, and curing. SOLUTION: The polymerizable material comprises at least one component selected from epoxy prepolymers, urethane prepolymers and vinyl monomers. A monomer or prepolymer, which has at least one active group selected from hydroxyl, carbonyl, carboxyl, ester thereof, amine and epoxy, and forms graft polymerization linkages with the polymerizable material and the steel, is compounded. And an initiator consists of one of iron, silver, cobalt and copper, and one of benzoyl peroxide, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, tert-butyl hydroperoxide and hydrogen peroxide is added. The composition is coated to the steel parts for production of a crane 1.</p> |
