PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain clear permeation from one side to the other side of a panel excepting a part covered by a design by arranging a base part, in which a pattern is formed on a light permeable material by means of a monochromatic layer, and a design part which is formed into a pattern shape so as to cover a part, of the base part by means of a printed layer in different color from the base part. SOLUTION: In a restriction pattern 26 in a dark ink arranged on one side of a sheet 10, light color (light reflecting) ink 25 and another color ink 28 are overlapped with each other, and relative arrangement of the ink 25 and the ink 28 generates a design carrying certain transmitting information. When the panel is seen from the front side, translucent view of the panel is prevented by means of the patterns 25, 28, however, the translucent view of the panel is not prevented by a low reflection dark color patter 26. Therefore, information can be easily displayed when the panel is seen from the front side, while the design cannot be seen if the panel is seen from the back side but the panel seems transparent. |
