PURPOSE: To realize the winding operation of a wire utilizing a pair of winding members by providing a pair of arms in which the positions can be replaced, and providing means for mounting a moving unit having the members at the arms to regulate the drive force at each unit. CONSTITUTION: A pair of arms 20, 21 in which the positions can be replaced by turning and telescoping motions around a core CR are provided. Members 60, 80 in which a wire W can be wound are provided, and a pair of moving units 6, 8 are provided at the pair of the arms 20, 21 in the state movable in the longitudinal direction of the arms 20, 21. Further, tension means 206, 218 which can give forces to the units 6, 8 in the direction separating from the core CR and regulate the force at each unit 6, 8 are provided. Thus, the winding members can be turned around the core at each of the rollers to be wound. |
