PURPOSE: To provide a method for preparing a roll wherein the work can be performed by a simple operation and miniaturization and weight saving can be attempted. CONSTITUTION: A process wherein a hollow core metal 1 is arranged under a condition where its own outer peripheral face is positioned in the molding space 6 of a mold 5, a process for sealing an oil 4 in the hollow part 1a of the core metal 1, a process wherein after a rubber is injected in a space formed between the inner peripheral face of the molding space 6 and the outer peripheral face of the core metal 1, vulcanization molding is performed by pressurizing and heating and a process for removing the oil from the hollow part 1a of the core metal 1, are provided. |
