PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission method and a device which prevent errors that are caused by harmful fading and noise in a radio transmission channel. SOLUTION: Radio transmitting method and device which prepare a message symbol stream perform precoding by through correlation with a characteristic 'signature' that consists of defined symbols which identify a specific user in a message communication system. The duration of a signature should exceed a time interval between symbols of a message stream, which reduces the possibility of error that occur due to the fading in a transmission channel.
