PURPOSE: To provide an intermediate duct fan for a building in which a water discharging gradient for a drain pan may easily be attained and it is possible to prevent a motor from being over-heated. CONSTITUTION: In an intermediate duct fan for a building in which there are provided a fan casing 6 arranged in a main body 1 having a suction port and a discharging port at its side surface, a vane wheel 8 in this fan casing 6 and a motor 9 for a vertical shaft for use in rotating the vane wheel 8, and a drain pan 10 placed at a bottom surface of the main body 1, wherein the suction port of the fan easing 6 is placed at a central top part of the casing and a height position of a lower surface of a frame of time motor 9 is present at an intermediate part of the vane wheel 8. |
