PURPOSE: To provide a dosage inspection and check system with which it can be discriminated and outputted whether monitor information is confirmed by a doctor or the like or not at the time of inspection check. CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with an inspection information data base 2 for storing inspection information composed of respective medicines or the combination of medicines, patient medicine history data base 4 for recording the history of medicines for each patient, confirmation information data base 12 for storing confirmation information including whether the inspection information on each patient is confirmed or not in the inspection information contained in the inspection information data base 2, and inspection information display control part 14 for controlling the display of inspection information based on the confirmation information contained in the confirmation information data base 12 and when displaying the monitor information corresponding to the inspection check of the medicine whose dosage is instructed from the doctor, the monitor information to which the completion of confirmation owing to the doctor is set is not displayed on terminal equipment 6. |
