PURPOSE: To provide the spread spectrum communication system with which the synchronization of spread codes can be surely detected and the boundary of data can be detected even when an S/N is low. CONSTITUTION: Two kinds of spread codes S20 and S21 are transmitted from a transmitter 21 as initial synchronizing signals based on a prescribed transmission pattern, two kinds of spread codes are respectively detected at a receiver 22, and the prescribed transmission pattern is detected based on detected two kinds of spread codes. Thus, the spread codes are detected plural times at the receiver and even when the S/N is low, the synchronization of spread codes can be surely detected. Besides, the boundary of data can be detected corresponding to the prescribed transmission pattern. |
