The system is based on the use of a pair of latches 1-1', joined in an articulated manner by means of a bolt 3 located at median level, which, at their lower end, have fingers 5-5' capable of interlocking in a window 6 of a baseplate 7 intended, in turn, to be secured to the platform of the vehicle, whilst, at upper level, said latches have individual arcuate, large orifices 2 within which a bolt 8 moves, which can be actuated by a knob 9, in such a manner that the upward displacement of said bolt 8 gives rise to the fingers 5-5' moving closer together in order to remove and to fit the mechanism on the baseplate 7, and the downward displacement gives rise to the separation of the fingers 5-5' and, consequently, fastening and locking of the mechanism on the baseplate 7. <IMAGE>
